Company structures are outdated and antiquated, not having changed much over the past 100 years. Typically, you are hired by a company to work either full-time (if you are lucky) or part-time. We feel that this workforce model is restrictive, forcing companies to prioritize some jobs over others and limits the variety of people that a company engages.
We see a different future of work. One where it's common for companies to have their "internal" staff but to also engage others as needed, or on demand. Some people like a daily commitment but our Sidekicks are happy to keep it a bit less intense.
